19,200 SF rework of existing electronic testing space for Foxconn Assembly Durham. Scope included addition of 5,000 SF dedicated clean testing room with over 100 tons of cooling, 1,000 SF expanded production area and server room with pre-action fire suppression system. Facility remained in use during construction and dust proof barriers with negative air machines were used to keep a clean environment. Adapted to additional 150 kVA transformer added part way through project to accommodate expanded electrical requirements for updated testing machines, and maintained project schedule. Coordinated owner contractors to maintain schedule and seamlessly integrate with contract scope.
