Duke Office of Information Technology

- Size: 60,000 SF
- Owner: Duke Facilities Management Department
Six months of preconstruction planning with Duke Office of Information Technology, including 21 pricing options. Final scope included full flooring replacement and repainting, as well as new break areas and staff amenities such as shower and bike room. Worked tightly with Duke OIT project management team for all construction to take place in occupied office.

Duke Smith Warehouse
- Location: Durham, NC
- Size: Various fitups and shell projects ranging from 500-165,000 SF
- Owner: Duke Facilities Management Department
Familiar with the building during the complete Smith Warehouse renovation in 2008, our team has worked in Bays 1-12 for specific departmental needs. Interior fitups range from entire bay renovations to specialty items such as a film studio.
