A high-performance interior upfit for John Deere’s R&D and testing facility in Morrisville, NC. This 19,000 SF project delivered cutting-edge battery testing labs while keeping the factory floor fully operational throughout construction. The scope included multiple upgrades to the existing infrastructure including a new 800GPM cooling tower package with process piping drops to support the advanced testing environment. Multiple bridge cranes were provided in the labs to assist staff while handling large pieces of equipment. Coordination was paramount to ensure all prefabricated chambers were provided with the correct connections for proper testing procedures.
