Gateway Building Company delivered a 5,000 SF Class A office upfit for Ci Design, Inc. in downtown Raleigh, transforming the space into a modern, design-forward workplace. The completed office features open workstations, private offices, conference rooms, an interiors material library, and collaborative spaces, complemented by custom millwork and premium finishes. Located within an occupied high-rise, the project required careful coordination and phased construction to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants while maintaining schedule and quality. Through close collaboration with Ci Design, the building team, and trade partners, Gateway delivered a polished, functional workspace that supports both creativity and collaboration.
