Gateway worked closely with the Duke OIT project management team to coordinate all construction to take place in a large, occupied office. The process included six months of preconstruction planning, including 21 pricing options. The final scope included full flooring replacement and repainting, as well as new break areas and staff amenities, such as shower and bike room.
