Little Bull
- Location: Durham, NC
- Size: 8,100 SF
This 8,100 SF hospitality project located in Downtown Durham transformed a 114-year-old building into a multi-level dining destination featuring a speakeasy in the basement, restaurant and private dining on the first floor, second-floor bar, and rooftop bar. The building was completely gutted, with the basement excavated to achieve the desired ceiling height and extensive coordination required to fit MEP systems within tight existing conditions. Custom millwork throughout, Roman clay finishes in the main and private dining spaces, and a custom-built wood-fired oven bring character to the finished space while honoring the history of the building. A project where historic restoration, complex construction, and hospitality all came together under one roof.
